Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by VINTI (SIRET: 93757727800016) via https://app.vinti.shop. By accessing the Service, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Access and use

  • Access requires registration with accurate, up-to-date and complete information.
  • The User agrees not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Any attempt to hack, spam or make unauthorised use may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
  • Sharing or reselling an account without written authorisation is prohibited.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in euros (including VAT) via Shopify Payments.
  • Applicable prices are displayed on the Site at the time of subscription.
  • VINTI reserves the right to modify its prices with prior notice. New prices apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

  • As the Service is activated immediately after payment, no refund is possible once the account has been activated.
  • The Service is deemed consumed upon activation.

5. Cancellation

  • The subscription renews automatically each month.
  • The User may cancel at any time directly from their Shopify account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • VINTI may suspend or terminate access at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

VINTI cannot be held liable for malfunctions caused by third-party platforms (including Vinted), force majeure events or network issues. The Service is provided "as is". The User acknowledges using it at their own risk.

7. Personal data

VINTI complies with the GDPR. Data collected (email, plan, payment) is used solely to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. This data is not sold or transmitted to unauthorised third parties. Rights of access, rectification and deletion: support@vinti.shop.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site and the Service are the exclusive property of VINTI. Any reproduction or exploitation without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
